GetGPT utilizes advanced hyper-large language models, including OpenAI's GPT-4. When users input prompts, GetGPT considers the language nuances and contextual information to generate responses that are relevant and accurate.

GetGPT offers two primary services. You can explore apps created by other users on [Marketplace] or develop your own apps using various templates on [Studio](). Simply click the [Studio] button at the top of the website to access Studio and start creating your app.  For more details on app creation, check out the 'Intro to Studio' category of this page.

GetGPT is a service designed to assist users in effortlessly developing generative AI applications without the need for coding. Our platform consists of two main components: [Studio], where users can craft their applications using diverse templates, and [Marketplace], where you can explore and experience applications crafted by other users. If you come across the 'Abnormal usage detected' error, please check if you've been using the service excessively within a short period. If this is not the case and you still receive the message, please reach out to our support team via email at help@getgpt.app.

1. Find the share button in the Chat App and click on it.

2. Press the [Share chat] button to copy the public link that contains the chat history. Paste it wherever you want to share the chat history.

To review the apps you've used in the past, simply click on your profile located in the top right corner of the website and navigate to the History tab. There, you'll find a list of all the apps you've previously utilized, along with the associated questions and answers.

GetGPT allows you to create and use apps for free. If you want to use additional watermark removal and iFrame services, you can upgrade your account. For more details, please refer to 'Payments' category of this page.

Discover apps by searching with keywords in the Marketplace or by clicking on category buttons located below the search bar.

If you wish to find apps you've saved, click on your profile in the top right corner of the website and access the Bookmark tab.

Marketplace

You can set the visibility of your app on a per-app basis.

1. In [My Apps] within Studio, click the [Edit] button for the app you wish to adjust visibility.

2. Navigate to the [⚙️Settings] tab on the left.

3. Under [Visibility settings], you can choose the visibility setting for the current app. There are currently three visibility options: public, private, unlisted.

The 'Save' option functions as a temporary save to prevent the loss of your app's progress. When you're finished building your app, you can use the Publish option to submit it to the MarketPlace.  Rest assured, you can always return to Studio to make modifications to your app!

To embed your app, you can make use of the iFrame embedding code.

1. Click the [Edit] button for the desired app within [My Apps] in Studio.

3. Select the [Embed App with iFrame] option.

4. Use the embed code to embed the app wherever you want.

1. In Studio, click the app you want to delete in the [My apps] → click the [⚙️Settings] tab on the left → click [Delete this app] at the bottom

2. If you only want to make it private, change the Visibility settings in the [⚙️Settings] tab

An 'app' on GetGPT refers to each user-generated prompt. Here's a step-by-step guide on creating an app:

2. Choose a template from [Studio] to create your app.

3. Provide a title and description for your app.

4. Name your input field, which will receive input from app users, and select an input method.

5. Write a prompt on what you want the AI to do, using the input you will receive from app users.

6. Customize your app by selecting colors and emojis that match the mood of your app.

Studio

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on your profile located in the top right corner of the website.

3. Click on [Delete Your Account] in the bottom right corner of the website.

Ensure that you haven't registered with a different login system. If the issue persists, try logging in again using your magic link.  If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our Customer Support team. Provide the email address used for login attempts and include a screenshot if possible. Simultaneous access using a single account is a violation of our operating policy. If any records of simultaneous access are detected, the account may be suspended and disciplinary actions may be taken.

Accounts

As per the current policy, refunds are not possible if the account has been used more than once. However, if there is no usage history after payment, you can request a refund by contacting us via email at help@getgpt.app.

As per our current policy, you can only issue receipts for your own account.  If you click on your profile in the top right corner of the website and navigate to the Profile tab, you will find your payments and receipts.  If you can't find your receipts, you can access them by going to the Subscription tab and clicking on the [date] section under [Billing History] in the bottom right corner of the website.

To find the remaining subscription period for your account, click on your profile in the top right corner of the website. You will see the plan you are subscribed to and the end date of your subscription period above your email address.

Currently, GetGPT offers four options of Express Pass as the following. You don't need to cancel any subscriptions since you'll only pay once.
